Oulu AIS 2025
FINTERDIS is enormously excited to announce that the 47th Association for Interdisciplinary Studies (AIS) Conference will be organized at the University of Oulu on June 4-6, 2025 in collaboration with the Oulu University for Applied Sciences (OAMK)!
AIS has supported FINTERDIS since our founding in 2018, and FINTERDIS has been in a central role facilitating the arrival of this Conference in Finland. This is only the 2nd time in AIS's remarkable history that its Conference will be held outside of North America, and the first time in Finland! The Conference will bring many leading experts specialized in inter- and transdisciplinarity to Finland and encourage dialogue across disciplinary, professional, institutional, and regional bonders. FINTERDIS is extremely grateful for the Oulu Organizing Team for making this happen in the Finnish national context.
We would like to warmly encourage everyone to submit Session proposals and abstracts to the Conference and to participate! FINTERDIS will be proposing a Session focused on peer support of early-career Inter- and transdisciplinary scholars.
